Login to : My Account  

Click on Orders on the left menu to see the list of the order number of each order, the date, status, total, and actions available (depending on the order status). 

If you wish for a more detailed view of a specific order, click on the View button to the right of the order. You will see all Order Details, as well as the Billing & Shipping address. 

Pay or Cancel

In case your order status is Failed or Pending Payment you’ll see two additional buttons on the Actions column, Pay and Cancel

  • If you click Cancel, the order gets canceled immediately, and there is no further chance to complete the order or to quickly reorder it. 
  • If you click Pay, a checkout page loads where you only need to provide your payment details. This way you can quickly complete your order. 


Order Again

If an order has been marked as Completed, you have the chance to order it again by simply clicking the Order button that appears on the Order details page. The order items will be recreated in the cart and you’ll be sent to the cart page, from where you can either make any edits you like or Proceed to checkout.

Our fulfillment team moves very quickly. After an order has been placed, it is unlikely that a change to an order’s shipping address can be made, but we will be glad to try.

Please contact the Support team via our contact form with this information ASAP:

  • Order Number
  • Ship To Name
  • Shipping Address
  • If you have not already made this change to your account, do you wish this to be your default Shipping Address on your account?

 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping.  Please contact us so that we can help make it right for you.

Login to the My Account page. Click Subscriptions>View

Ground Shipping generally takes 7 business days (M-F) from the time an order is placed to arrive at your door.  We typically ship orders the same day they are paid for unless the order is placed on a holiday, or weekend then it will be shipped out the following business day. Covid may cause delays, we will update your order under My Account. 

Please check your spam folder to ensure you haven’t missed our email. 

To see the status of your order, log into your account and click on the order in question under your Order History.

It can take orders up to 2 business days (M-F) to process at our fulfillment center but if this much time has passed and your order has not shipped, please contact our Support Team.
