	Service Delivery
	The services can be delivered through a set of CD's or instantly through an online download. The CD's work best when your Internet connection is through a dial-up modem.
	Service Installation
	Once the CD's or online download has been received the next step is the installation of the service software. This is a very straight forward and simple process with full online directions to help you through the process. Additionally SecurityCoverage provides the only 'Online Installation Assistance' available today. If you'd rather have our technical specialists do the installation for you simply give us a call at 1-877-373-3320 and we can work directly onscreen with you to complete the setup (working Internet connection required).
	Initial Maintenance
