The outgoing email port for our mail server has changed. Please change the setting in your email client. Instructions for changing ports in the Microsoft products are below:

 

If all you use is WebMail,
you don't have to change anything.

 

Outlook Express and Windows Mail instructions to change outgoing email port

  1. Click Tools at the top of the page, then click Accounts.
  2. In the accounts box click on the Mail Tab across the top of the page.
  3. Highlight the NetConX account and click Properties on the right .
  4. Click the Advanced Tab across the top.
  5. Where it says Outgoing Mail (SMTP) port 25 change it to port 80.
  6. Click OK at the bottom and then click Close on the account settings box.
  7. You should now be able to send email.

Outlook instructions

  1. Outlook instructions are similiar to the above instructions but depending on the version you might see under the tools menu: Services, Accounts, Email Accounts, or Email preferences.
